I checked her profile just now wombat. She hasn't been on here since 29th Jan. Its now 4th feb, so thats 6 days. I do hope shes ok. Anyone with her phone number to give her a call?

I suppose she is still recovering from the op, maybe she does not not feel like using her pooter or iPad, if she is not using her iPad I could take it off her hands, I am willing to pay postage to WA.

Got the position of the wombat wrong - should be on its back with the legs in the air, more to the side of the road and much rounder - all puffed up so to speak (lots of experience with the poor critures on the roads around where my parents live).

Just talked to Graeme. Della is OK, but they had a bit of a scare last week. She had to go back to hospital for more fluid to be drained off, but did not have to stay in.
Sounds to me like she's trying to do too much, and won't rest up enough.
Della, take it easy !!! You have to rest with your legs elevated for at least some of the time.
We don't want to hear that you've been re-admitted because you wouldn't take care of yourself properly.
Remember we're all thinking of you, and willing you to recover properly, so that you can enjoy the rest of you lives together on the road.

oh dear i am in trouble now,sorry guys ive just been realy tired so most days are spent sitting watchin movies on the hard drive ,i also have my mum with me till monday then she has to return home as she has a flight booked to go visit my sister in new zealand.
thank you all for worrying about me yes i did have to go to my local doc as my foot keeps swelling up and so he thought i had a blood clot at first sent me for a scan, no blood clot thank god but he was great and took me out the back and had to put a needle in the wound to drain some fluid,we got about 26ml out of the wound and it has started back up again.
so he did warn me that i would or could possibly have to have this done 3 to 4 times until my body stops and starts to let the other lymph nodes take it over,it seems they are being a bit naughty .
But i am ok and honestly what a bunch of people to be ringing me and asking about me ,your all fantastic sheba a special thank you to you for your call, jim rang me yesterday as well to see how im going he should be setting off not real far away now sometime after march i think so will be great to catch up with him and leonie again.
ok ill go in now on this laptop and see if my avatar works on this as it wont work on the ipad.

by the way wombat you are a crack up i think when im finished with my ipad one of these days you are going to inherit it lol .

Good behaviour on its way as i have to make that get together at gympie or near gympie thank you to beth for sending me the info ,that helped a lot have a great week everybody mine will be spent watching tv as per usual although i do have an appt at the hospital tuesday at 1.15 pm
see what they say it seems to me mostof the pain now is my leg it seems to me the feeling is like having a realy realy tight ham string behind the knee and when i try to bend my leg to get it straight it hurts like fire
i shall speak with the doc about this as it seems all that is aiding my recovery is that, foot swells up every day and im elevating it too.
so shall have lots of questions for him and asking what i can do about it .

Just talked to Graeme. Della is OK, but they had a bit of a scare last week. She had to go back to hospital for more fluid to be drained off, but did not have to stay in.
