I'm so excited, she is well set up inside, has everything including a Fiamma awning, solar panels, gauges everywhere. Plenty of storage, all easy to get to. TV,/DVD which has good reception. The little bathroom is different, cassette toilet and handbasin, no shower.
We found it very comfortable to relax in and went very well on the test drive.

I am so looking forward to travelling around Australia knowing I will be in a reliable vehicle. No need to worry about heading home as I might not make it.

Fantastic news, Marj! I know you're going to have some wonderful trips in Zena. If you really want a shower then you could consider a 12v one and one of those solar heating bag thingies for the water. I hope we can meet up on the road somewhere. Right now I'm in Wollongong (well, Corrimal actually but no-one knows where that is) then early Dec I'll be heading for Canberra to do my Nana duty for the year.

Well I don't know about no-one knowing where Corrimal is ! I grew up in Corrimal during the 50's - a wonderful little place - has one of the best beaches in the world ! Unfortunately, as I've lived in Brissie for the last 30 odd years, I've only had one chance to get back to Corrimal in all those years. Maybe one day, I might 'gravitate' back there to see out my last days !

Congratys Marj Looks like a very neat machine Are you going to get the fairy stickers to put around it or just the pink nomads sticker on the back Ken
You will also have to get the do not overtake sign as it is a bit bigger than Myrtle and you will have to give yourself some more room when turning or backing
Ken

Today after driving all over Melbourne with my son, we made a decision and bought Zena, my new home.
2006 Toyota Hi Ace Super Long Wheel Base - 86,600 ks . Has everything I need in it.
She is being personally delivered to me here in Geelong next week when they have done all the pre-delivery stuff.
I have a photo I will try and put up taken on my phone.
Very nice. I can imagine how excited you are. I wish you many happy and safe kilometres in her.
