Yeah freecamped all the way Pauline. Good spot here, power, pay a donation. Toilets and showers. For showers put a $2.00 coin in the box. There are 3 other campers here, plenty of room.

Good going Marj, sounds like you are making good time and enjoying yourself along the way. Weather beautiful here in Melbourne at the moment too. You keep safe and well and lets know when you have arrived.

How was the condition of the road between Millmerran and Dalby and was there much traffic ?
Hope the rest of your trip runs smoothly, will tomorrow be your last day?

Yes, I arrive at sons tomorrow. He has the kids overnight Wednesday so will get to see them too.
The road wasn't too bad at all gillyb, much better than the Moonie to Dalby last year. Very little traffic, maybe 5 or 6 cars and about the same with trucks all the way.

So right wombat. I will have to redecorate my floor of the house, buy new furniture. Plants out herbs and veges in the garden. Which reminds me will have to buy a few bags of potting mix from Bunnings.

Myrtle did me well. I checked the oil twice, not a movement in the levels. Phew, Breathe a sigh of relief. She ran like a dream, goes well sitting on 90, just purrs along.

Thanks Ken and to everyone on here. I've arrived. About an hour ago.
All I've done so far is unload the van and have a cuppa. Now to start sorting out where everything goes.

Good on ya Marj, a new start for you, have a geat time with the grandkids. I just saw 2 of mine today so I have had my fix for a while now.

Greens Lake is just down the road (well, maybe just a tad further) and it's all down hill too. Enjoy, you mexican you. biggrin biggrin

Oh Doug, Keep up. Write moon chair into the search at the top and you will see all the threads about them. I bought it for the van, now using it in the house.
