May be the next day was sorted without any fuss like one would expect Hope so but would be nice to know , It did stir some blood Pressure on the Forum, I am sure big company Like Nissan are fair minded , But in some cases humans do make mistake how it is handle after this happens make all the difference

OMG! At one point, they hit the building front so hard the interior CCTV camera shook! Must have been a bit annoyed.
