I purchased a cheap one ($59.00) from Big W from memory about 2 years ago. It has proved to be an excellent purchase and we use it often to cook meat under the awning, that way keeping cooking smells out of the MH. If it failed next use I would replace it immediately. We only use EHU sites so no problem with power. cheers,

It has finally arrived after nearly 3 weeks and a request to OZ Post as to where it was. The request was sent Tuesday night just gone and cook top arrived this morning. It's now set up and ready to go. Hardly any weight so am happy about that.
Keep Safe out there.

I found a piece of plain magnetic steel plate, 2 mm thick (thinner will do as well), and put on the induction stove I use induction stove for years now. No problem with non magnetic steel or aluminium cookware. magnetic steel plate on the induction stove fixes any of it.
