Not really, every browser has a spellchecker. Switch the bloody thing on. You may improve your spelling if you do. Also, some of you may start producing replies we can understand
Better still, use your browsers addon features to add a grammar checker. Here is a list of them that are available for Firefox - 138 results found for "grammar" - all the other browsers will have access to some for installation in them. Lack of schooling is no excuse for rubbishy replies, there is plenty of assistance for you to improve your English.

Hi Peter....because I went to school, and learned proply,I don't need spell check,or grammar checker. However, from my observations here,it would appear that it doesn't work properly anyway. There are many examples available of poor English, but one of the most common is those who do not know the difference between "you're" and "your". If a sentence needs to be read more than once for its intended meaning to become clear, that sentence is poorly constructed.Looks like your (sic) onto it though! Cheers

I think we have too many pedantic people on here sometimes, it's fine if you want to make sure you dot all your own i's and cross all your own t's but trying to belittle other people for not doing it when you know full well what they mean, I believe is just plain rude.

Well said.
Since the dawn of the internet in the late 1980s it has always been considered very bad manners to criticise others for their spelling or grammar. Do you correct people's speech when chatting to them in the pub?
The internet is a global entity and we often have no idea what the first language of the person we are communicating with is.
People generally know their diction is lacking, they don't need humiliating too.

Back in the 1980s I was selling material to the building industry & manufacturing. In other words back in the days when everyone used cheques.
I & so were the other sales people, we were asked to write out the cheques for customers. It was quite an eye opener at the large number of people who could not even spell numbers.
We all just casually said, I'll fill it out as it's quicker to right our company name...... & then say I can fill out the amount as well if you like. Customers were very happy & not put into an embarrassing situation.
All the customer had to do was sign the cheque.
We just made a non issue out of it & the customer was happy.

I've decided to go with the vice suggested by Oldbloke which clamps to a bench or similar - he posted a pic - priced $26.99.
I bought a slightly different one from ebay at $36 which has 80mm jaws and a clamping height of 76mm.
I'm not going to able to hit things in it with a hammer but it should be sturdy enough to hold items for drilling and sawing and at $36 it's not a big risk also it only weighs about 2kg so that will please Yobarr :)

Interesting that I do help others face to face for bad spelling and grammar. Also interesting that people on the internet take it as being critical if you point out the correct version.
I hope I am never to old to learn and in any situation where I have made a mistake that there are people around that will help me by pointing out that mistake so I may continue to learn and grow. Not just in the area of spelling and grammar.

Absolutely true,Steve.Without recognised boundaries,we soon would end up with a mish-mash of all words meaning anything, everything and nothing.Like you,I regularly correct mistakes made by others in face to face conversation. Most are appreciative, but some say that they don't care.....they know what they mean! It surely is pointless talking if your audience has no clue what you're talking about. Cheers

The, more or less, correct version of Yobarrs waffle follows - I'm sure he will appreciate the corrections to his writing:
"Absolutely true,Steve."
Absolutely is unnecessary - something is either true or not, it cannot be more true.
"mish-mash"
Mishmash is not hyphenated, the word stands alone. Do try to keep up Yobarr. btw try to include some spaces between sentences.
"I regularly correct mistakes made by others in face to face conversation."
I bet you're a bundle of fun at parties.
"don't care....."
Oh Yobarr! Do try to get ellipsis' right! Three dots if the sentence is to continue, four dots if it's ending.
"It surely is pointless"
Either it's pointless or it isn't - surely doesn't come into it.
----
That was fun :) I'll do it again in the future.
It must be burdensome, Yobarr, thinking you are always right and being determined to convince others of your self-perceived wisdom.
----
>I always thought that a vise was the clamping tool.
According to my Concise Oxford English Dictionary "vise" is the American spelling for such a device.
