OK this might give it away. In the mini series his brother-in-law was a chemistry teacher and was diagnosed with Stage IIIA lung cancer. He initially got into crime to fund his treatment and to provide for his family if he should die from the disease.

Hi Jack no it's not him. As another clue, in the mini series the criminal activity his brother-in-law was in was using his knowledge of Chemistry to cook up drugs. If you concentrate on the brother-in-law you will find him.

Career
