It blew so hard at home last night, I found our side gate, Steel 2.5m high x 3m wide, bent inwards and rammed inside the frame work almost hitting the rear of our car.
Now jet black in Perth, looks like we haven't seen the end of this Storm yet.

It's been a gorgeous day here for Mothers Day on the south coast but has quickly dropped in temp as the sun has gone down. It was 22C and now it is down to 14C. A cool night ahead when it finally reaches the bottom I think.

Brooms Head ... Arrived on 9th, 6" rain on 10th, rain on the 11th, rain on 12th with a little bit of sun to lull us into a false sense of security, its is now Monday and the sun appears to be rising over the ocean ..... Almost afraid to hope we may hsve a good day .....
By the way, brooms ahead even made the news ... Caravan park looked like a lagoon with some sites under a few inches of water, like ours. Had to go chasing the foam matting in the annex which had packed its bags and was heading for the next post code. No damage, just cold wet feet slushing through very filthy water due to no proper drainage. Next time we will look for high ground to set up housekeeping.....

Gday,
Last day here at Bajool, lovely place with great hosts and the weather in the main has been ideal. Heading south to Newcastle to visit sister, the weather on the way down I'm betting will be cooler. Two or 3 weeks there then I'll be heading back North, Hopefully the dry will have set in.

Rained over night here in Biggy. Thanks goodness as already down in the watertank and had to turn over to town water which is undrinkable. Has cooled down a bit after a very hot day yesterday. Had to put on short sleeves today rather than sleeveless, shock horror. next it will be long sleeves. Still raining, very steady and very wet. lol
