Hi All
What I did was I become a Invigilator for the day and was paid to stand at the entry door and escort the males across the hallway to the bathroom that were sitting physicians examination here in the city. These young people will become our Specialist of tomorrow in there chosen field of medicine after passing this exam to gain entry in to the various universities. A big step for these people.
I stood the whole time of the exams which ran for about 8 hours.
My legs are aching today. Ralph.

Haven't had internet for a couple of days - think my dongle might be stuffed - will head to Telstra today to get sorted.
Have had an interesting few days here at Lawnton Showgrounds - great spot - met the Rocket and her hubby. Seen the family on this side of the city - good to see them again. Had a nephew and his wife come to visit, haven't seen them for a few years, so all good.
"Invigilator" - hmm what an interesting word - must look it up in the "Funk and Wagnells"

Hi All.
When my sister works for the Education Department in NSW. doing high school axaminations she is called a Moderator.
At the end of the day standing at the exit I thought I had the best job. As the 230 young ones were leaving the hall most of them said thank you.
It was most pleasing to hear this and see there smiles at the days end. Ralph.

Spent last night in A&E...this morning in theatre...rest of day in 23 hour ward.
Took a little tumble while trying to unhook catcher off mower late yesty arvo...hand went just under mower and severed pad off middle finger...was sewn back on this am.
I had turned fuel off ...and mower was almost stopped when it happened...blood everywhere. Specialist says it all will be OK in a few weeks.
Cheers Keith

Hey, I missed that Rocket, is he ok? Billeeeeeee is also not well, been in the loo most of the night, out for dinner last night and he had prawns, the only thing he had, and I didn't, so guess that was the problem. Still sleeping.
I also went to the Lawnton market - some good bargains, fruit and veg, clothes, a great variety market. Every second Saturday, ,6am to noon.
