I've been up to Toowoomba for the weekend and it was most definitely cold. It rained on and off driving up on Friday, then as we climbed, we were driving through clouds. Very beautiful. Saturday was 11 degrees. Not sure about today.
Although Friday was miserable and cold, Saturday and today were beautiful clear days.

NSW south coast... Heavy rain here again today, have had 5 inches so far. Had to go out on the highway this morning, surprised to see quite a few caravans and all going south! Poor blighters, hope they all find a dry place for the night.

Gerty if the vans were going south they would probably be dry. We headed south to Mallacoota and Cann River today had no rain all day. Unlike where we live -it flooded. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow when we head home.

Yep - rain in SE Qld - except for Kalbar - delightful sunshine this afternoon!!! Fantastic double rainbow in the sky on the way home.

I saw a double rainbow at Mt Crosby yesterday too Jules. Photo was taken on my smartphone, so isn't very clear.
NSW south coast... 10 inches rain in the last week, local flooding a bit inconvenient but no dramas. It was worse further north and Sydney. Glorious sunny days now, drying out.

B....... cold here in Echuca with heavy morning fogs. Had to buy myself some warm socks and now in long pants and jackets. Might be raining up in Qld but I bet its warm.

Grandchildren come along at times of unfriendly weather don't they HW. We have to head to Rockhampton for twins in Nov... could be a bit warmer than we are comfortable with! Such a lovely warm day here, was in shorts and tee-shirt today! (for a few hours anyway).

Cold and damp here 30klm S/W of Ballarat. Has been raining, but sun out now. Supposed to pick up a bit next week.
Nice and warm near my big wood heater though and I just had a second helping of Ki-Si-Min which I made earlier using one of mum's old recipes. I topped that off with a Cornetto, so obviously not too cold in here for ice cream!

here in longford min 3 last night today around 10 max went thru the snow up into the central highlands liawenee last week was up there min 9 at night snow was great to see

Mild here at Baffle Creek - 13min to 22max. Just enough light rain to be annoying without filling the tanks, but after January 27 I am NEVER gonna wish for rain again
