What a wonderful couple they are and the adventures they have had.
David and l lead such mundane lives and they have really inspired us to get the bit between our teeth and get out there.
Hope to meet them again one day.

Having a wander around Bundaberg at the moment. Last night I stayed at Sharon Nature Reserve, tonight at Shalom College in readiness for tomorrows big market.
A lot of changes since I was last here. Bunnings have moved into a huge store around in the side road opposite where Sams Warehouse used to be. Yes Sams has closed down.
Lots of new buildings going up all over the place, very flash.
Also Sallies op shop is now a superstore around the corner from the hospital.

Haven't had consistent internet for the last week or so - but back on now - the wedding I went to in Melbourne was terrific, great to see family not seen for quite a while. The bride was my niece and she looked absolutely beautiful!!!! The groom is a lovely young man. The reception was wonderful in a venue on the end of Geelong (Vic) pier! Thought one of the nephews was going to end up in the water, though, after he tried to talk a guy into giving him his battered cowboy hat!!!!!!

Hi All and ST391GQ.
Went into Orange today to see if they were getting better weather then us here at Molong. Nope there not only thing is it was colder yep colder and wetter.
Took a drive around the old Gnoonblas Motor Racing Circuit, a bit of history there.
While we were waiting for our lunch order looking about outside I noticed a car go by with snow on the bonnet and front area near the number plate, from then on it appeared about every 3 rd car had a build up of snow on it some where. No wonder I cold standing around in a shopping centre. The snow fell in a area not far from the shopping centres
We did take a drive up Mount Canobolas, a beautiful drive though the autum trees, the colours a very special at this time of the year. Reaching the summit we found snow laying about with very low clouds the view was limited to a few metres. We will not forget the afternoon, the trees up there stunning with there colours.

Snow already - amazing! My son left Newcastle yesterday morning, rain was so bad, they said it was like driving in a river! Theygot to Canberra and decided to stop at 4.30, rang their bosses to say they could not make it back to Melbourne. Booked into a motel, and it SNOWED while they were having dinner, hopefully get home safe today!

Was a great spot, enjoyed the serenity of the place. Ralph.
