Merriwa, we came back to the east on the back roads from Gulgong, a nice country drive.

Hi Whenarewethere, Merriwa it is. We came from Scone to Merriwa to Mudgee to Ilford to Portland as we were particularly looking at silo and water tower art. We'd been to Gulgong last year so didn't go there this year. Cheers.

It's nice country side around there & the back roads were a nice change, taking it a bit slower.
Where is this?

The hardest thing was holding the camera still enough, didn't have a tripod, while fighting off the crocodiles!
Gayle would that be the new dinosaur museum at Muttaburra.

Good morning Alan,
It is the dinosaur museum at Muttaburra. It's been a few years since we were there so I googled it, and it says it was completed in 2021, so we must of been there not long after it opened. We were there in the afternoon and that is how the shadows fell. Anyways, over to you now. Cheers.

Haven't been there since it opened , but saw reports on the energy neutral building that houses the museum. This photo is a long way away from there. Where is it
Not in NSW, it's south of the border in Mexico. With Plain Truths' tip it should be easy.

Hi Alan, The first prime minister I thought of was Menzies. He lived in Japarit Victoria. Don't remember the hotel but did spend a fair bit of time in the Menzies park reading the signs etc, back in June. Cheers.

You have a fair bit of work ahead of you, Gayle, as there have been around 9 (?) future PMs born in Victoria! Good luck. Cheers

Over to you.
Hope the shot didn't cost you an arm & a leg!
Where are we now?
Some Clues:
It is not near a highway & is in SA.
The springs are maybe better known that these ruins of the homestead of the same name.
In a National Park.
Strangways Springs.
Not Strangway Springs.
In SA, approx 80kms drive from the NT Border & 12kms from the springs of the same name where there is a campground & thermal pools for swimming.

Seems there's not much interest? If Dalhousie is correct perhaps somebody else would like to post a photo?
Correct Dalhousie Station Ruins in Witjira National Park.
Anyone who has a photo share - now is your opportunity with thanks to Yobarr.
Well, seems a bit quiet so Ill try this one. Cheers
Hi Gayle, Not Eyre Peninsula. Much further West, and it is an Anzac Memorial. Cheers
Another clue!
You got it Gayle! Well done. Now where?
