I really dont know but the trees look like you find around the swamps and dry lakes. Also have the high range in the background. So I will guess up around Euroa Winton area.

Hi Granty, Close enough for me. It is in the Winton Wetlands, We went in from the Lake Mokoan Road onto Boggy
Bridge Road where the "fish trees" were, looked at Greens Hill, then up to the CFS painted water tank, then part way up Winton North Road, did a U turn and finally made our way onto the Glenrowan/Boweya Road to Glenrowan then back to Benalla where we had started that morning. We were in no hurry to be any place in particular.
Anyways, over to you, Thanks.

Wow didnt expect to get that. I haven't seen the paintings but the country looked familiar. I will need to see if I have a photo suitable. If anyone else wants to put one up go ahead.

Sorry to take so long. Having trouble with our Telstra WiFi. What is this natural formation known as and where would you find it. This could be a quick one.
I can't recall seeing it but would presume it is at a historic town or historic tourist attraction.

To me it seems Medevil so not relevent to Oz so it must be somewhere that was a convict settlement.

Good guesses, but incorrect I'm afraid.
Not a convict settlement but it is an old village, the oldest surviving of it's 'type' I believe.
Not Kryal castle, but on the correct side of the country now, but not in Victoria.

Well done Alan - Sofala it is. Google tells me it is Australia's oldest surviving gold rush town. A quaint & quirky little place which is worth a visit IMHO.

Thanks Granty,
I suspect this one might go quickly too.
What is the name of the town where you find these stocks? It is blanked out in the pic.

Over to you.
Often camped at Greenpoint so easy to recognise. This is a more recent piece of silo art but on an often used route for grey nomads.
Alan
Those silos are in Barraba, but I have no suitable photos of my own.
Perhaps someone else might like to put up a picture? Cheers
Barraba it is Yobarr. Over to you.
Alan
Since nobody seems to want to put up a picture, I'll post this. As a clue, it is in WA. Cheers
Yobarr I will hazard a guess at gorge rock dam near Corrigan.
Alan
Close Alan, less than 100km distant. Cheers

Clue time:- Privately built by a farmer who wished to supply water to his crops, and to a nearby town. Opened 1912.
Yes Jeff, It is the Toapin Weir, about 8km from Quairading. Lots of history but I am quickly writing this as I unload my trailers, so can't elaborate.
Anyway, where to now? Cheers
Thanks yobarr, lets stay in WA
Where would you find this lake ?
Gee, I drove past that Lake for weeks, but never stopped to view those "statues."
The lake is 17 kilometres from the town.
The town is located in the Great Southern Region of WA.
The town is located on the Great Southern Highway.
Located a similar distance from Beverley and Albany.
