Terowie, South Australia, was an important railway stop due to changing rail gauges and it is possibly most famous (locally) for being the short rest stop for General Douglas MacArthur on his way across Australia. It is in Terowie that he first said "I shall return", when speaking of the Phillipines.
On the money there so far. Overlooking Spencer Gulf there in the photo.

Not Glenelg Jetty. Glenelg Jetty is in St Vincents Gulf.
The jetty in the photo is in Spencer Gulf.

Summarising the clues so far:
-The sunset photo indicates which way the jetty is facing.
-Overlooking Spencer Gulf in SA.

So, I'm not up with SA jetties, and it's not the Busselton one.
Is it the Kirton jetty.

The SA jetties that I have visited on the Yorke Peninsula that are in Spencers Gulf are:
-Point Turton
-Port Victoria
-Port Hughes
-Moonta Bay
-Wallaroo
-Port Broughton
There is at least one more jetty on that side that I have not visited.
Hi DickO.
Victoria's great farming area.
Telstra Communication
Shepperton Vic.
Yes, you got it Radar, it is Shepparton, Vic.
Where are we going this time?
Thank you DickO.
Where are we having lunch in NSW off the regular highways.
Known for it's cattle, timber, small amount of coal and the mountain feature in the back ground where they hold a annual race to it.
It is a bucket of fun.
Bathurst?
No.
Up the road north and east of the dividing range.
Sorry I've been absent for a while, but I've been busy.
Spot on.
Gloucester NSW
With the land mark Buckets in the background.
Where Are we off to now.
That took a little while to find out that it was Gloucester; follow the highways with Google street view...ha ha!
This may be a bit obscure so I'll tell you that it is a railway station in Australia

Here it is (at last)!
Terowie SA?

Over to you Dick0.
An easy one this time.
Clue... a coastal city.
Brisbane and its river with the photo taken from around the South Bank area. Easy ID for this Brissie person.
I thought it would be.
Over to you watsea.
Where is this sunset?
Awesome view.
Maybe over the West.
On the SA coast perhaps?
Yes, on a SA coast.
Here is another photo clue. Daylight photo taken a few metres away from the sunset photo. Obviously, my van is not visible in the daylight pic.
I'm thinking it overlooks Spencer Gulf?
DickO,
On the money there so far. Overlooking Spencer Gulf there in the photo.

So one from my list is the answer.
Port Hughes
