Hi all. Anyone out there that has replaced the old 150mm x 90mm exterior awning lights with the new Led type? I'm looking at a 3 colour light on ebay for around $60. Supposed to fit the same as old mounting holes. I'm not sure how bright they are either. Any ideas or input would be much appreciated thanks.
Cheers Dave.

Putting wattage aside.
Make sure the LED replacement has the same quality CRI (Colour Rendering Index) as an incandescent bulb.
The Philips LED globes I replaced decade ago, still have the best quality CRI compared to current lights. Also they are still working.

More recent LED globes, many more, have died.
