I am not yet a "grey nomad" I am not yet "retired" I can not as yet take off and never return to the doldrum ho hum life that is mine, I am only slightly grey and wander only a relatively small ammount of time, I take extended holidays, I am an albatross, that great sea bird who wanders aimlessly from wave to wave, crapping where I please, not stopping in any one place, for any length of time only coming to shore (back home) to breed, well except for the breeding part (those days are gone praise the lord ) that is me in a nutshell, I and many like me should be called albatrosses, no not because we are big and fat and cumbersome on land, keep falling over and generally make a nuisance of ourselves at family gatherings, but because we are gracefull and fly long and hard on beatifull gracefull wide wings, yep thats me an albatross flying from one feeding ground to another, squabbling with the seagulls, fighting off the turns , flaunting the frigates and mixing it with the pelicans, ahhh!!! such a life is mine

Gee Dave,with all that knowledge it will be easier to feed ya now on those extended trips.
Day 1,1/2 a block of mullies.Day 2 the other half.... At about 10 bucks a block sounds cheap as chips.Ya driving habits should change as well,get up real,real,close to the arse end of a semi and get sucked along to ya next stopoverBe careful though,I heard somewhere that Albertross's sleep while slip streaming,Ha Ha...

Barramundi or schnapper if you please, you of course can keep the block, the albatross is more than capable of sleeping on the wing but I have never as yet seen one chasing vehicles on the road, perhaps ease off the sauce a tad, as for all that knowledge, hmmmm!!! strange I didnt think I was all that knowledgeble, I have met some extremely encyclopedic persons (male and female) whom I could listen to (and have) for many hours, sharing a drink is a most pleasurable affair with these people, many and varied subjects are spoken of, I on the other hand keep my mind completley open and receptive to all incoming information, some I discard, a lot I keep, I do not hold myself up as a keeper of knowledge, I leave that to others, I know enough to get me through most prediciments, I do not close off and say I know it all, like some, I am open to all conversations even from fools because even they have a little gold to empart, I have travelled and worked around a bit of this great country (most states) and the most knowledgble people, I have found are out there doing that which I should have done, kept working my way around aus. but I didnt, so now I travel a lot and I talk a lot, others just talk a lot
