A NUDIST resort wants to bring back swingers and sex parties, saying that sagging tourism figures need stiff measures.
The White ****atoo resort in Mossman, near Port Douglas, north Queensland, is promoting an adults-only "anything goes" month of hedonism for March next year.
Owner of the White ****atoo Tony Fox yesterday said it was time to lift a self-imposed swinger ban.
"Tough economic times call for stiff measures," Mr Fox said.
"We've taken the bull by the horns and it's going nuts; we're close to fully booked.
"It will be a hedonism resort, where anything goes for a month. We're not using the words sex or swingers, but it doesn't take rocket science to work out what it means."
Three years ago the controversial resort, once billed as the nation's top group-sex hotspot for swingers, hit the headlines when it closed its doors to partner-swapping.
The ban followed a series of out-of-control sex parties and orgies where, in one case, police were called to evict six swingers after a free-for-all sex romp in a chalet.
In another, a naked husband-and-wife in their mid-50s upset others with a rowdy display of balcony sex before breakfast. ( not me, I always have breakfast first)
Other guests complained of being propositioned for group sex by a stranger in her 30s. (Oh god yes please - why do I always missout???)
Mr Fox said he had since imposed a strict set of rules for the ordinary nudist season.
Cairns Catholic Bishop James Foley warned: "It might only end up cheapening the whole resort operation for a short term gain.
"Anyone who goes to a hedonist's party goes at their own risk.
"You've got to wonder what sort of people go and why. Where is the moral code of behaviour and how do you stop jealousies and fights?" (He would say that he is a Catholic Bishop afterall)
But Cairns Regional Mayor Val Schier said she was not opposed to the "month of hedonism".
"People in tropical north Queensland are extraordinarily creative," Ms Schier said. (the heat gets to them)
"And if they can create a business opportunity that does not offend any neighbours or harm anybody that is fine. (Dave will be offended - he finds us wrinkly GN's Nude offputting)
"It is tough economic times and as long as it is with consenting adults, then there is no problem." (Untill a female of the species, reknown for changing their minds, complains)
And local tourism chief Doug Ryan said: "As long as whatever they do stays within the law then good on them."
This is amazing, I have stayed at this place and there was not a willy or beaver to be seen, it was very Family Oriented when we were there not that I have any problems with nudity..... Dave, hides his face in shame, tottaly demoralised he ponders what is to happen to decent humanity
but has a quick look at the nudy resort touted on the front page and cant stop rolling on the floor laughing, shame turns to extreme laughter as Dave ponders why a perfectly sane person one minute, would all of a sudden go native, and return to the wild, obviously a vitamin deficiency of some sort, or early dementure onset, perhaps a broken family???
if one was to defoliate, I ask where is one to store ones keys, ones glasses would merely tumble to the floor after years of placing them in a top pocket that is no longer there, ones handkerchief would be tottally devastated at the fact of being homeless, ones wallett would not know which way to look, trying to replace said item in usual placements could end in extreme pain, nevermind the ensuing extractions
mind you when the persons paraded on the front page are seated, then I see all sorts of pockets open up, in fact it is as if they are wearing their suits two or even three sizes too big, and the encumbering rolls of excess tissue then become very usefull crevices indeed, foresooth thee has a veritable set of shelving to place all sorts of items upon
but I question what is to become of all these usefull surfaces when one arises, alas and alack they all dissapear, only to be replaced with an empty sack of some gelatinous substance
I would be far too fearfull of having my knees bruised if I so much as advanced in to a canter,
therefore I must decline all invitations to alleviate myself of my outer attire at this, or any other, juncture of time, far too dangerous, especially when the mossies come around,
oooohhhhhhh!!!! my knees clenched just at the thought of a puncture in the nether regions
It may be dementure, I had an Uncle once who kept escaping form his "facility" and ran nude through the streets of Strathfield.

perhaps one must achieve a certain "age" when all else has been acheived ones mind wonders "what next, ahhh!!! nudity"
mayhap it is all my fault, if I was to suddenly shirk my outer attire perhaps I would attain the "next level"
too frightened to have my slinky dragging in the dirt, especially around three corner jacks, ooohhh!!! made my eyes water
