There must be some grey nomads lookin to put an anchor down for a longer while....even get outa the van into an airconditioned kitchen! if you can check a sheep trough, and do the odd chore you would find the place real interesting....you can be ceo of the place once in a while.....We are a way from the ocean, but thats just too bad.... youve got to put up with eating yabbies and fresh lamb instead. If you like peace and quiet, and no traffic, this is the place for you.... surely there are some adventurous souls out there!.... e mail me,if this appeals
Hello, Both wife and I are 'country people'...would suit us down to the ground....she was raised on a property in northern NSW... I spent many years around farm machinery both selling, operating and demonstrating, but unfortunately is bit early for us - by about two years. We will most probably look for opportunities like this for this later. Best of luck in your search.

Certainly sounds tempting ...maybe you might PM us with more info - regarding where the place is and so forth - depends on when and where at the moment while the house is up for sale

Plenty of space to land your Ultralight too Dave.... Wouldn't suit me the sky looks too blue, too much open space, no traffic congestion, no one to shout insults at on the way to "work"......

yep all that open space is exactly what the doctor ordered, you could always yell at the sheep, thats what we do anyway, you can have your traffic, I'm off to tassie shortly and the only part of the trip that I am dreading is going through melbourne albeit a small part, I hate citys
