It's hard to express your sorrow at times like these as the words just don't express how you feel. Deepest sympathy for your loss, we are always here and ready to listen, chating is the best relief for grief, we are all thinking of you.

To continue ... we also have a friend missing in Flowerdale.
Have also offered to billet a family in Melb.
We were told unofficially last nite via a red cross contact police expected in excess of 200 people have lost their lives.
Very tragic event with little warning.
Our sympathies with you both

My heart and thoughts are with al touched by the fires, especially those who have lost friends and relatives.
All that wonderful country (Gippsland is my 'hearts home') all the wildlife too.
My heart is very heavy and being so far away I feel so helpless.
Keep safe - all of you here.

Drongo and Wendy Glad to hear you are ok. But saddened by your loss and also to Mike and Judy and everyone else who have lost friends and family. I thought it would start to recede then last night msgs flashing across the tv screen of the areas to expect impact from the fire during the night. Luckily we live in a country where we fight for what we believe and care about with the same intensity that a fire can have ,and in times of need we come together as one. 12.5 million raised so far not too bad for a country in a recession and its caring people. cheryl

the loss of any family member or even close Friend is, at the best of times a horrible experience, all I can say or offer you is our deepest sympathy, and our thoughts and prayers
I am however gladdened that you chose to share these hard times with Friends, I am also very pleased that a lot of Friends have come forth and showed kindness in the form of sympathetic words, that is all we can offer, I and a lot of others would love to come over and just be with you at these hard times that you must bear
you feel as if you are alone in this, please don't think that, you are amongst caring people please contact any of us at any time for any reason, please celebrate your anniversary but also have a glass to the fallen, nothing can bring them back
whilst you carry the memories of a life shared, they will never truly be gone!!!!
life is a fleeting thing, embrace it today, it may be gone tommorow!!
