Not me..... Have taken a couple of tai chi classes as they thought this was the universal panacea for whatever ails you. Yes very relaxing, but to get full benifit it has to be done at dawn with scratchie chinese music playing......Have you tried googling "books on tai chi in enlish"???

I don't know about Tai Chi, but I've found the resistance of a common, garden variety beachball can be very useful for similar resistence exercising. Pinch the ball, push in with both hands, that sort of thing. Anything which incorporates stretch and flexibility is great. Is there a swimming pool near you?
Not the floods, but good, fresh water to swim in. Water exercises, even walking through the water with a bit of extra effort is good for muscles and cardio-vascular.
Hey, even marital connections are good exercise. Incorporate some deep breathing, in the nose and out the mouth gives the system a kick start.
Good luck with the Tai Chi. Keep smiling. Cheers Granny

I thought tai chi was someone sneezing, or some sort of Chinese beverage, but exercises good god man that involves voluntary movement of the outer muscular extremity's, bugga that!! works enough for me, I'm knackered as it is!

Health shops often have books and CD's on these things, or alternate "fitness" or meditation centres may also have this sort of thing.
What's wrong with some mattress hockey? That way you both get aerobic benefits for the entire body. Or are you doing it wrong?
Ok, I'll get out of there and leave you in private.
Cheers Granny

Me, for good excercise daily, try walking with big steps past the beer fridge
On arrive at a point equal and near same, I take a deep breath, stretch out one arm and with a gental, but smooth motion open it
With deep concentration, and mental skill, I select the RIGHT can for the start of the day
Using the other arm for balance I collect the can and concentrate on opening with as much grace as possible, such skill in those fingers, only after much practise
Next involves the neck region with a slow, but purposful tilt of the neck and co ordination of arm/hand and mouth, to absorb the liquid
then the abdomen has to be rolled in waves to past the liquid from upper to lower
More walking becomes necessary with slight leg bends, and superior cordination of hand and fly, for a good relaxing release of the fluid
I tell you, i could do that all day, its so good, but have found that after time, the beer fridge handle is not so accessable, and its location moves. The cordination fails and liquid ends up on the outside. I will not mention hand fly coordination and the results
Best to start slow and build
