Hi folks, Road Ranger came for a visit on his way south, and over the weekend we met up with Two-bob and his ladyfriend near where I live on Saturday, and then went to visit with Mike and Judy on Sunday, out at Sapphire. Had a great time both days, and I hope to repeat the visits on my own as well. Thanks again guys. [ I think he likes my Library.]
Cheers, xina.

well there you go, socialising, what a horrible pastime and such unpleasant company as well, I am ashamed to say that the grey nomads have brought freinds such as these together absolutely deplorable, bet they will take a while to get the grog supply back up though

well in my case dancing leads to abusive and agressive language and something like "keep your bloody feet to yourself" never was much of a dancer, however I have heard of others taking a different course

Methinks this shows the value of this forum. When travelling in a strangers area, you are greeted as..hail fellow well met... these are values of old we need to embrace and keep going for prosperity. It also show how much common interests we all share. Great to see.

Now I know why Roadranger needs someone to mow his lawns
Xina and he came over as I was mid mow. He loves a chat and by the time he left, i had little time left to continue. Now i need someone to help with the mowing (part done)
it was a pleasure to speak with such knowledgeable people.
We should do a get together - Mike N Judy - on our way to you soon, I hope

Yes I remember the Chief of General Staffs excercises they were called TEWT's which I mistakent thought was the sound made by a scottish tugboat but it is a tactical excercise without troops....
