Yeah I did notice the drop down to 8.5 kg -I just assumed it was a pricing differential ploy. If you are frugal they go a long way so I never gave it much thought. Cheap cylinders out of Asia can be a worry though. I was very upset having to dump perfectly good cylinders over 25 years old because the retest costs were more than buying a new one. !
