It's a pen(is)ut palm of course..............lolI think it a pandanus palm...... yes obviously the "model" posing in the picture is conversant with it's appearance, and looking at her face I'd say she knows more that we think she thinks we know.....
looks more like a "wishing tree" to me but I'm reasonably sure that it is a male of it's genus
