Chinchilla weir, camps 4 page 67 #583, has free power, boxes with 6 power points in each situated middle and ski club end of camping area. Can stay longer than the 48 hours by making a donation at Information centre or council.

Could u do a quickie for me mate could u whip over to the west coast start at PT Argusta then head arround the coast umm just say as far as Broome, well y your at it maybe on to Darwin. You 2 are doing great with your reports keep up the good work.

Thanks for the info - heading to Queensland in June, but in our camps 5 snaps it is on page 70 ?
Having just driven across the Nullarbor and free camped along the way, we have been amazed at the non existence of other campers, only once were there two other vans there, most of the time we have been all on our lonesome!
This has been different to our previous trips, this is our first time pulling a van and every day there has been some little 'gliche' however we have overcome them but each day now it's like 'well what will happen today" We are now Pt Lincoln SA - we must look like locals as we were stopped in the street today and asked where the toy shop was !!
All the nomads seem to be travelling in the Eastern States so now that we are here (well almost) we're hoping to meet some!

While on the Eyre pennisular go and spend a night at Lipsom Cove. It is about 14K's north of Tumby Bay, I promise you won't be disappointed

also have a drive around whalers way, but take plenty of flyspray, dont take the van
