The front window on our Penguin has a flyscreen over the transparent plastic window. On a couple of places the mesh has come away from the canvas.A bit difficult to re stitch.Any hints, tips, suggestions(proper)would be appreciated.Cheers.Ibbo.

You may have to resort to some hand sewing. A canvas place can sell you a decent needle and some thread. You may find it easier to use pliers to push the needle through and I'd do a back stitch, go forward 10mm then next stitch goes back 5 mm behind where the first came through and then goes forward 10mm.

Stitching would be best as Basil has said, but if it happens again as a temporary fix pehaps you could stick on/attach Velcro in thin strips.

if the area is small and not likely to be noticed then a little bit of canvas adhesive may do the trick, this will however atract dirt and may look unsightly but it does work, stitching by the method described by Basil is the best way but not always easy to do
