I keep losing my old post so am working out the technical details of this forum, the ones I have monitored in past always come back to beginning of page whenever a new comment is added so are usually moving at super speed all the time. The posts here stay in same place and same order and the pages just move do they ?
Anyway onto the good stuff ! My set-up idea has been strongly advised against (roof racks, storage pod) ~ so Thank-You for the very good reasoning everyone. I now need to look at towing a trailor but only want a teeny weeny one, any ideas ? I am also thinking of selling my very large 8-10 man oztent studio tent for possibly a trailor tent set-up ? Anyone have one of these and can vouch for an easier set-up ? I will most likely be setting up tent as 1 person so was worried about my other tent anyway. It was amazing once set-up with so much room and comfy as but I need to look at ease of set-up and pull-down mostly I think ?

Campertrailers.......theres hundreds of different ones out there.....the cheapest and most common are the side over soft floors...for ease of setup the rear over hard floors.(cub...KK.....) are the way to go but are very expencive and lot heavier.My CT is a rear over soft floor....basic.....its built on a 7x4 trailer

To find a post you started, go to your profile and select "posts started". Also in settings, you can select how the posts appear in their order, be it "last post" or first.
While I think the CT idea has merit for your situation, I believe the posters on your other thread were referring mainly to a box trailer to carry the excess.
CT's are a whole new ball game. Their ease to erect/pack away, is subjective. As Smokey say's, lots of different ones with prices to match. Maybe an idea to go to the local dealer's and have a look, maybe test drive an assembly (was going to write erection, but thought twice on it)

Sheba that trailor looks amazing ~ am in process of enquiring ! will see, is very light weight apparently so may not last a long distance ?
Yes 2b posts are for a box trailer but I am just exploring other possibilities from this to see if I can make my trip as easy as possible . My big tent is a process to 'erect' lols ! it would have sounded very funny in your sentence ! so am researching whatever I can ~ it is such a big job as there truly are so many possibilities !
So as part of my process I will keep pickng the pros here !

How about 2 oztents which pop up in 30 seconds facing each other with an insect proof room between them or similar option from oztent for the middle bit.

That's an expensive way to go, and they take up a lot of room lengthwise. Also heavy to lift up on to the roofrack.
The camper trailer sounds like a better option for this mum and her 2 "passengers".

The weight would be a problem I think Denise. I was going to get one, but it will be too heavy, so I've opted for a lighter and much cheaper option. What I will be using though I don't think will be suitable for what Donna wants to do, hence the light Campervan options.
