How difficult is it to install a top loading washer in a van ensuite?
We have been quoted $785 to have one installed whilst van being built yet they can be bought for $368 online.

There is a lot of work involved. there is water supply and drainage and a "waterproof spill tray" as well as holding it down and getting the services to it. $785 seems cheap to me.....

Not a problem we use ours in the ensuite mounted on a rubber mat with two bungee cords and suction cap holders. Changed the fitting on the tap at the sink with an adapter from Bunnings for screw on hose fitting. Put a male quick release hose coupling on the washing machine and a double quick release blue fitting to join it all. The drain hose just goes out the shower drain. this makes it easy to move the machine if we want to. all the bits are avilable at bunnings.
