we are thinking of going in to Mt Palmer (south of Southern Cross) on the way past and are wandering if we should tow our van in or not. It is a 16' pop top but would rather leave it than damage it. Has anyone been in to the Mt. lately?

Haven't been on that road for ages but mining is still active at Marvel Loch not many Ks away. A check with Shire should give you correct info
