Aw Bill, I bet you say that to all the girls. The status quo remains - I still haven't had an offer I couldn't refuse. The topic is very topical. Perhaps you should stay off the fish protein for a while and just stick to the Bundy.

Luv it!!!! Except for reversing the van - but going to do a day course in early June on the Sunshine Coast - can't seem to get my head around it on my own in the driveway. Apparently you use their vehicle and van -trouble is their vehicle is auto, I drive manual.

Hey Bill - when you find one, can I borrow her to teach me how to clean fish??

I've never really learnt how to fish, but I love eating it, so probably should learn.
But I don't know if I could clean it. Cutting it open and pulling out guts just doesn't do it for me!
Hence, another thing a man would be useful for!

Most fish you can run a fillet off each side, take the skin off the fillet, yhis leaves the head and frame along with the gut intact to throw away or put in the crab pots, a bit of skin to throw out and a couple of suculent fillets to cook as you please. I like to pan fry in a bit of butter myself
cheers

I can do the gutting/filleting thing, just need a sharp knife, and I'm lousy at sharpening them. Have resorted to paying a butcher a couple of $ to sharpen my knives in the past.
