Can anybody help me on this one....I Once ticked the box that said email me in reply to this Post.....How can I stop it  I;m getting Heaps and Heaps of notifacations on everybody reply to various question....I;m forever deleting said  emails....I'm gong grey wit worry

If you click on your name, I do it in the top Right, er yes it is Right hand corner, where it says "Logged In As" that will take you into your members profile, when in there on you r left you will see a list of items, under Posts you will see "Subscriptions" if you click on that it will show you all the things that you are subscribed to, by removing these you should be fine...

There's a line on the email that says 'this topic is located at...'

and the next line says 'to unsubscribe to this topic...' 

That's the one to click on to stop emails on that particular topic Jimbo.
