Adding photo to profile

Would someone please tell how you go about adding a photo to your profile. I don't have any issues with computers but IPads are another thing.

Just click on your own name to get into your profile, then on your left you will see Avatar, click on that and away you go...

Make sure your av is around 200x 100 pixels
