Not going anywhere now, got an infection and on antibiotics. Too sick to go anywhere.
How can I go north for nearly 6 weeks, have all the stress that I did have and not even take a panadol all the time I was away.
Now I'm home I'm back to the sick sick!!
Myrtles sick too, won't start and until I get some money together can't do anything about it, so walking and taking the bus. Thats life.

Take care Marj. I have the same trouble. Away for 5 months without a problem. Got home early Nov. and still can't escape because of doctor and specialist appointments. At least now you've got some memories to think about and a chance to enjoy planning your next trip. Say safe and warm and plan for times to come.

It might be the stress of Myrtle etc catching up with you Marg, sometimes you fight things off until you put your feet up and then things hit you (catch up).
Try not to worry too much about Myrtle, have a good rest and get well soon. I wish I was a mechanic, lived in your state and could help you out by having a look at Myrtle, perhaps we have a member near you who could who may read this. We can only hope that it gets sorted soon.
Take it easy Marj. The main thing is to get yourself fit and well, then move onto Myrtle..

Hi Marj, hope you feel better soon. I know how you feel I have been unwell for most of the time that I have been back - niggly things like cold, sinus, vertigo (related to the sinus) and again today a new cold/sinus! Helen

Look after yourself FIRST girl, and the matter of Myrtle will have to wait her turn. I have to say, it doesn't sound good, but I hope a mechanically minded Nomad will exercies his/her chivalry and help a maiden in distress. All the best with all of it.

Sorry HW that you are not feeling well.
Has anyone ever noticed that when you are going on holidays, work hard in the lead up to them to find by the time holidays arrive you come down with something. Stress.
Will PM you when I come back down your way. Possibly next week, and July and August.
Unfortunately, my mechanical skills would be of no use to anyone but maybe a coffee will help.

Sorry to hear that you are unwell HW. Would have been very nice for you to catchup with your sister. As everyone has said - look after yourself first and get better - then you can concentrate on Myrtle.
Take care

Hope you get better soon Marj. I too, wish there was some-one closer who could help with Myrtle. Very frustrating, I know. 'specially now you've had a taste of freedom.
Cheers,
Sheba.

I think the stress of it all has got to me, very lightheaded and wonky at times but starting to feel better now. The antibiotics are kicking in. Now back to getting Myrtle better. Have ordered a Myrtle sticker to go on the back just above the turtle sticker. Should arrive anyday.

Wow Marj!
I just replied to your other post about Myrtle....and now I read that you're not well. You poor girl, you really are copping the lot.
Such a shame that you missed seeing your sister but glad that the antibiotics have started to kick in.
Take care kiddo! Hope you soon feel like your old self.

Thanks Pam. I'm so over it. And to think I came home early because I thought Myrtle was going to pack it in completely. I could still be up there enjoying my holiday and seeing all the lovely friends I intended to call in on. That is what annoys me the most. My unfinished trip.
