Its time to get hold of your dry powder fire extinguisher and check the pressure gauge and then turn it upside down and give it a good old shake up, if its not done regularly the powder will settle and not do the job when needed

Thaks for the tip and reminder Blaze.
We have three extinguishers in the boat and two in the caravan and one in the tow vehicle, all of these have NEVER been turned.

Thank you, it was time ,have 2 in the van one just near the fridge n stove, and one near the door.. one under the seat of the tug.... I take the one from the tug in the boat.. Thanks for the info too, been slack in that department, so will get onto it. I bought a fire blanket today from Bunnings, not a bad range there either.
