At long last, received clearance from the quacks that I can travel again, albeit at an easy pace and not too far from Home, but it's a start, was starting to believe that last Nov was my last trip. Chest infection has cleared (caused by immune system being down due to Chemo & Radiation), can eat a normal meal again at last (lost 11kg), but I am over the moon, will spend the next few days getting the rig loaded and ready for taking to the Road Nth on Wednesday. Happy Days Ahead

Hey Bill - I had heart arrhythmia last year and am still on some of the medication but hopefully not for much longer. It was a great day when the cardiologist said I could stop the Warfarin - no more bi-weekly blood tests - I almost threw a party (I have "difficult" veins and blood tests could involve 2 or more people having a go and blood takers going "oh no" when I walked in the door). Having my heart restarted was interesting

I am reasonably alright as I worked yesterday with no problems.I just have to cut back on the beer and coffee (2 a day, each), and loose some weight. If I take the meds, and don,t go overboard, I should be alright. Thanks for the support.

Gee it's all happenin' here! Good for you John! What a win! You beauty! Off you go, go carefully, and don't forget to have a good time. Now Bill, who's been a naughty boy then? Take it easy, as it's the only way to take it. Go steady eh? If you don't take care of you , no one else will. That was your warning. Don't give up fishing just yet. And Florinhill, how exciting! Wahoo, it's all go for the Grey Nomads. How exciting to learn about everyone's plans, and travels. Not so exciting to learn about the down-sides, but for every down, there's an up. Let's all keep it up.
