Hi,
The pic was taken yesterday at Temora Aviation Museum. They had a Tiger Moth, a Ryan STM, and a Spitfire flying. It is a great place to visit especially if you're a aircraft buff like me. Have to be the best $12 I've ever spent.
The Museum is approx 80ks north of Wagga Wagga in NSW. They have a flying weekend twice a month and in 2 weeks they have a ex RAAF Sabre flying.
Junee would have the closest caravan park, I Think. We're at Albury at the moment so it was a 2 hour drive on good roads.
Nice photo and another go spot to stay nearby is Arial Park at sportsground cost us $20 for 3 days or $10 a night power site & Good shower & toilets that was back in Nov 2010 pick key up at PO or Local shop great quite spot & very safe.

Those engineers at Supermarine knew what they were doing when they designed the Spitfire. It looks like the "tropical" version of the plane as I think that's the additional heat exchanger mounted under the centre of the fuselage.
Bit of red
Great photo mate..
