Hi-thought we should introduce ourselves to the forum as S.A. dwellers.
In the little spare time we have we run a 300 acre farm unfortunately not big enough to keep the wolf from the door. So we both work off farm as well.
We have been travelling for 25 years when opportunity arises, but never for long enough. Looking forward to being able to do it long term one day.
Prefer the inland travel away from the crowds - have camped in tents to campers and now the van. Shows our age :o)
Favourite spots-Sturts Stony Desert, Kimberly, central Queensland/NSW.
cheers Ivan & Teresa

Welcome guys Got a sister in the barrossa and drop into see her most years on my way to the back country, love the colors, love the reds, love the vast deserts of gibbers, just love it. One of my favorite memories is of sitting ontop of big red, not a sole in sight, had it all to myself. Pulled the deck chair out, top off a cold one and sat and watched the sun slowly sink in the west. Did I mention I love it out there cheers blaze

Welcome Ivan and Teresa, I like the inland towns too, not really a fisherman so the coastal areas don't appeal to me much, although I love the scenery.....

Hi Ivan and Terersa - welcome to the Forum. The people are a friendly bunch, very caring and sharing - some are a little eccentric but interesting. Cheers, Es

G'day Ivan and Teresa from a fellow SA dweller. Well, I'm parked up here for the time being, subject to work. I'm always happy to catch up with fellow nomads. Just a simple matter of a PM to organise it. Now it seems that our old friend, and I do mean "old", is having an identity crisis. Either that or he's now a chameleon. No, that's not a comedian. I mean a lizard with a personality disorder and racial (colour) complex. Or is that complex colours? Ooh, this is fun!
