Cant believe that it is now only 8 working days + the weekend before we head off....
Last day of work 8th July. Drive out the driveway 8th July - go figure...
Disbelievers ask, what are you going to do when you come back. Just tell them we have deleted the word from our vocabulary - there is no "back"
Finding Dunmowin extremely easy to live in, Brodie (our 11yo puppy) getting used to being in the way, Mr Dunmowin getting plenty of excercise taking Brodie for walks to get out of the way...
Will post again after our first "free damp"
regards

Which way are you heading and where are you leaving from? we're doing the same on 15 July - not sure whether we'll turn left or right out of the gate! Sold the house and have no intention of buying another for a few years. We may catch up one day!

Hmm, never did get to have that cuppa with you, and you will be heading off a week after us, but we still (at this stage) have our 'base'. In the meantime, have a great trip, and we too may catch up with you on the road somewhere. More later in the week.

Gert & others, which way will we head...
well, we live in a cul-de-sac, so we have to turn left...
Seriously, our first night is to be spent at the Brisbane Convention Centre. Mind you, as we will be partying all day, maybe it is just as well.
After that - Landsborough, Fraser Coast, then turning west at Rockhampton - that is the exciting part

Congratulations, and happy travelling to you both! Very happy memories of your hospitality when we needed some help, but we're now so far away in Geraldton; I guess we'll see you on the road one day...
