Should come north to NQ in winter. Its 27c to 9c today, and not a cloud in the sky.Friends at Narooma had 100kph winds yesterday, and they are ruing that they didn,t come north for july. Keep warm and dry, Ma.

Was certainly our intention to head north B but circumstances ..........well you know how it is. Thankfully the winds aren't as strong today as they were yesterday, it's just the torrential rain.

No rain here today, very warm and sunny. Not sure how long it will last though. By 4pm usually have to close windows and turn heating on.

I know where the winds are right now - here in Launceston Tassie, it is cold, blowy, and a smidgen of rain, but otherwise fine. Were up at 1.30am this morning bringing in the awning. Thankfully a reasonably 'short' day, so could sleep in a tad before heading off for the Bridestowe Lavendar Farm. Have to say though, the weather has not stopped us from doing anything. Have heard that after heading up to Cradle Mountain last Monday (11/7) the road has been closed because of snow - how lucky were we?

Sitting on the banks of the Murray at Bottle Bend just east of Buronga. Although the breeze is a little chilly, it's sunny and quite nice out of the wind and not a cloud to be seen. Cheers, Ozjohn.

A bit wet over west but not going to complain after such a terrible drought. Thinking that the further north I go the dryer it will be. Sorry it's so wet Ma.

Bill are you on commission from the Qld tourist association? Nah, I don't blame you for plugging the region. It really is beautiful and the climate is pretty good too. Pity about the roads. After the tragic natural disasters the region needs all the support it can get.
