we head of sat from warrnambool on our trip to perth and surounding areas then back via streaky bay ,port lincoln 8 to 10 weeks or so .thanks to all who answered my previous post re nullarbor crossing very helpful . hope we catch up with fellow nomads during our travels . will let you know if we find the nullarbor nymph .pophog

yes we live in warrnambool sheeba .and no i have not been looking for the mahogany ship ,thats only a fable to entice some extra tourists grey nomads etc to visit our lovely city and surounding areas ,ha ha pophog

Are you sure of that ? The first sightings were made long before there were such things as "Tourists".

They have a "mahogany" ship on Nth Stradbroke island in Queensland, and a lot of effort and money has been spent,but to my Knowledge, it hasn,t been found. Supposed to be a Portugese caravel, but until we have proof, its all conjecture.Would be nice to see it, though.
