This afternoon saw us park up 'The Wood Shack' (caravan) after our 7 week trip from Brisbane down to Tasmania and back.
What a fabulous trip, Beachball you and your family will love it!!!!
Overall we covered some 10,000 Kms from home to home, and everyone of them full of wonderful memories.
After a couple of days cleaning things up and catching up with the washing etc, we will have to sit down with a glass and work out some new adventure for us to go on. Ah, I wonder what others (those that are not retirees) are doing whilst we are exploring this great land?

I hate good news like this when I'm not on the road. Bugger you having such a good time! Don't mind me, I'm only a little bit jealous. So where is the next destination and country in between? I haven't done Tassie yet, but the more I hear the more I want to. It is on the agenda but I have to earn some bucks first. Coming home is a weird experience when you've been on the road a while.

Sure will JC, but a few little things have to be fixed in the van, and I still have my mother to worry about - going down to see her this afternoon at the nursing home.
Hopefully we can head off up the dam (Bjelke Peterson) in a couple of months before heading south again (will be a bit warmer this time) for Christmas, and up to Tsv early next year. Will that do for the time being????
