Some of you will remember how just recently we had a fuel pump breakdown & spent a fortune in Kalgoorlie getting a replacement one put in. Well here we are broken down AGAIN & the problem is now the REPLACEMENt fuel pump. Can you believe it. Hopefully the cost this time will be covered by warranty but that is not helping us at the present moment as we are sitting on the side of the road. Very close to the edge of the road. Every time a truck goes past the motorhome rocks. Anyway if anyone is travelling between Hamilton & Horsham in Vic please stop off with a care package or at least wave. We are near Tea Tree Creek bridge. Oh I need a hug

No Jimbo RAC won't cover us - too big. They do cover the Suzuki we tow behind. The first time we broke down - near C++ocklebiddy I towed the 10+ton motorhome with the Suzuki for a few kms to get us off the road. This time I pushed the 10 tons with the Suzuki about 500yards to get us off the road a bit. My Suzuki nees a medal!!

Oh, I feel for you guys - being stuck on the side of the road like that, especially after thinking all was well now. Couple in the showgrounds here have been working on their bus while they have been here. Were getting ready to leave on Friday am, and something happened to the brakes on the bus (they tow a caravan with the bus) - and they are now here until at least Tuesday waiting on a part.
But at least they are not on the side of the road - and good mechanics looking after them. Say g'day to Brian and Gerri if you see the bus and caravan somewhere down the track - they are heading to Grafton from here I think.

So sorry to hear that you are having so much bad luck it takes all the fun out of it. I hope the warranty will cover it, it should have warranty as you only just got it done. We feel for you.

I hereby offer a hug, minus the virus bug that has me flattened. Otherwise I'd slip across the border with a care package. Well you got a few kms out of the pump, but now what? Dodgy pump or something else? These vehicles - there's always some maintenance. Just keeping them clean and serviced doesn't seem to be enough, especially as they age. I hope it works out for you.

Hope your repairs get sorted soon and you are on your way again.
Glad you got over the Nullabor ok though, at least you are back in mainstream Oz where you should be able to access services/repairs better.
