Has anyone seen SD's home made Teardrop in Photo's ? Pulled by a Getz. The Teardrop has been made from scratch to specifications within the Getz towing range.
Nice job SD, any photo's of the rear kitchen set up or inside yet?

I looked at them some time ago, before I got my camper trailer. They're very cute.

When the Ulysses M/Cycle Club had a National Rally over here in WA awhile back, there were a lot with tear drop type trailers pulling behind their bikes, really interesting to see them.

I took the Teardrop down to collect the mattress yesterday. Queen size. When I got home I thought I would try it out with the resevations I may find the whole thing a bit claustrophobic.
This comes from our 16 foot Roadstar which has single bunks with a cupboard divider at the head end. I find this arrangement very claustrophobic to the point I have thought of having the cupboard removed.
Anyway my dear wife noticed I had been missing for some time and out of concern came looking for me and found me blissfully asleep in the Teardrop.
No claustro at all would you believe. Quite surprising.
Take it easy.

SD.....I like the TDs....some have kitchens set up nicely....only problem I have with them....you need to park them in a tent for privacy....and weather protection over the opened kitchen rear
I still think like Vic said.........job well done

Take your pic Mr Wombat, both look like me !
Love the sounds of those Harley's Smokey, rode one many years ago but these days I don't think I could hold one up, let along ride it! lol !
SD, have done the same thing, gone out to do something to one of my RV's over the years and put my head down for a minute and fallen asleep, a good start though, at least you know it is comfortable.
