It may make a bigger difference than you think!! It also does not hurt to ask at anytime, not just today.

Thanks! Yeh, I'm OK now, wasn't a few days ago on the full moon. No I wasn't howling, just a bit down. I'm a Cancarian and ruled by the moon. Happens every time there's a full moon.
Rang my friend R U O K? She's hurt her back, so we had a good chat.

Thanks for asking - dunno if I'm ok or not because in general life is a bit of a surreal joke at the moment and will be for the next few months at least while i go through a very complicated separation, sort out all the financials a component of which involves dealing with the gobbleygook of 19 state agencies/bureaucracies (had no idea there were so many), avoid losing 30 years of assets, say goodbye to one of my dogs currently dying and in the meantime keep running a business and hang on to a high pressure job. Never knew there could be so much complexity in my little world. Anyway all is good most of the time as long as i focus on tasks at hand. It does help being a lunatic to start with as i am never overly surprised at the next twist in this rip snorter saga. I very much look forward to being on the road full time..... Sorry, you did ask.

Yes today I'm ok. Like everybody else, it's not always like that. As long as everyone is OK, but we all know it can't always be that way. I agree it's important to ask. This evening I went to the shopping centre for the Thursday night shopping session, and had a bite to eat at the food hall. I shared a large table with an elderly lady, her son and his wife. There's one of me, and it seems silly to hog a table to myself when others are looking to sit to eat. It's nice to share, and I've had some great conversations with total strangers.
