I am surprised at the amount of vanners out here in the back blocks, comming & going in all directions.
Its good to see that we dont all favour the coast, this way the small town get some of the trade as well.
Currently at Bourke, head towards Broken Hill tomorrow ,then to Menindee & the flinders.
If any one is around , be glad to see you;s.

We did that general area last year JC, absolutely loved it! I think a lot of RV'ers try to steer clear of the coast because of the crowds, but does seem to be a lot more RV's on the road these days.

As with gadgets, the more you have, the more trouble you can have. They have electric motors in them to operate the slide in and out. The roof is flat and I've seen problems with water pooling on top, and leaking back into the van. They certainly add extra floor space to the vehicel, caravan or motorhome. I've seen vans and m/h with as many as 3 slide outs. I don't even like electric windows in my tug.

hmmmm just wondering how hard they would be to clean... to get all the dust etc from all those moving pieces... a mates just got back, well a few weeks ago, from up north (wa here) with his van and he is still cleaning red dust out from places he thought it could never go!!!!!!
I think I shall stick with my coaster.............
