its bigger than I thought it would be, mum and dad lived here for a while in their early married life, before kids.. over 60 years ago, so guess its changed a bit since then.
The weathere is a lot different to when in Victoria with that darn cold snap!, where I cought my cold and now just recovering.. It was great to meet Chris a fellow grey nomad along the way as in that other post..
Going house hunting tomorrow and mad maxing on the weekend i think
Tommorrow night going to the musicians club for dinner and hopefully the dragons beat the .... with broncos!
any ways apart from my normal site I've found this one to help us share our adventures, missadventures etc , we had planed for alice and Ularu but not this time , but we'll try again .. so feel free to take time and have a read and let me know what you think , Ill gradually add more pics n vids too...

Stay and look around. Even Silverton and Medindie Lakes seem to be interesting destinations. I haven't been out that way, but it's on the bucket list. Enjoy.

Love Broken Hill as well Milo - interesting place - Silverton is well worth a visit - the Sculpture in The Desert - and the galleries. Have fun.

In silverton, the pub is fantastic and also the John dynon art gallery is very nice. Don't waste your money going into the mad max museum.

The best fun part about this travel stuff is the unpredictability of it all. Of course if you're on a mission with a deadline, it's not always appropriate, but if you don't have any pressure and time contraints, just go with the flow and don't forget to enjoy yourselves.
G'day all ,
Dad and I and the Tardis is at broken hill now..
