Believe me, Ma will not let go of Blue. He's a high quality human being, as Ma is. I even tried to kidnap him while her guard was down but she's just too good. They are proof that there is someone out there for everyone, and they've both met their "someone". Lucky girl. That man is spoiling you, and we can't have that. Good for you - both of you.

Well done Ma. Mine's a Toshiba too and very FAST!

Mines Toshiba with wifi as well. fantastic piece of equipment. Only problem I have I've used it so much some of the letters have worn off. Does anyone know if you can get replacement keys?

You shouldn't need sticky letters or keys. They don't move. They're still the same as they were the day you bought it.

Are you answering my question CG?? If so, the lettering has worn off a lot of the keys. Luckily I do it by memory or wouldn't know which was which.

Thank you wombat, you are a marvel. Now maybe you can fix Brians problem re uploading photos. I've tried, we just can't get to the bottom of the problem.

Brian has fixed his problem, looks like it's a telstra prepaid problem, stalling on uploading.

HW, another option for you is to plug in a USB keyboard and just use that instead of your lappy keyboard.

My old clunker desktop is a put together model. The 'engine' is a great huge thing that takes up almost half the desk, the monitor came from the dump shop and doesn't have a leg, so is propped up against my sewing machine, but I do have almost new keybaord and mouse! I all works, just veeeerrryyy sslllooowwwlyyy!

You could look at a separate usb keyboard - not too expensive at Officeworks. I don't take my keyboard away just the mouse - also usb and small also from Officeworks

I have a cordless mouse I bought from Aldi some time ago, but my laptop wouldn't make friends with it, so it's just sitting here, not being used. Is there a way to force it to make friends?
I just got an early birthday pressie from Blue.

Yes you can and it's very easy to change it, have a look here
http://www.ehow.com/how_4843847_replace-keyboard-keys-toshiba-laptop.html
and do not get a tech to do it, they will charge you $80-90 for a 10 min job, I'm sure your s.i.l. would be able to do it.
Usually two very thin wires to unplug then plugin the new wires and snap the new keyboard back in place
get your keyboard here http://www.google.com.au/search?q=where+can+I+get+a+Toshiba+keyboard&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=8wd&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&prmd=imvns&source=univ&tbm=shop&tbo=u&sa=X&ei=fveGTrCjAY-ziQeQqMSbDw&ved=0CEUQrQQ
