I saw this sad thread about the passing of Greg Juleff better known by his username "Groovy", who was the main owner of Caravaners Forum, Greg was aged about 66 and a Solo traveller, but had family in NSW.
I met Greg at a UWE at Busselton in 2009, Greg is shown at the far rear right in the blue shirt in this photo below: RIP Greg and Condolences to Your Family.

Irrespective of which forum or club we belong to, we are all tied by one thing in common, nomads on the road with a love of the great outdoors.
Greg had an Olympic caravan which was his full time home on wheels and pulled by his trusty Daihatsu Rocky, and quite a character and overall good bloke, also a solo. He had travelled all over Oz and considered wherever he was at the time his home. He was doing this up to the time of his death but was lucky enough to have caring children in NSW to spend his last days with.
RIP Greg (Groovy).

I knew he had been but didn't know he had a relapse, I wondered why I hadn't seen a post of his for awhile Smokey.
At least he had the opportunity to follow his dream while he could.....
