As anyone done any volunteering with Frontier Services especially in the Victoria area.
Also outback workers scheme. And there is woofering as well. Also Blaze Aid.
We have a pet sit job organised for february for about 3 weeks. And I have added Green Lakes to our itinerary.
There is a lot of paper work for frontier services, but I will give it a go.
If anyone knows of any other volunteer organisations I would be interested.
While Howard is on the disability pension, I can work 25 hours a week, but to be quite honest, I dont really want to stay in one place when we take off in January.
I might consider some sort of fruit picking or winter crop work, that leaves howard in charge of the dogs, and getting my dinner, if I am going to work my tail off.
I know work is a dirty word, but Julia said I can work 25 hours a week without having Mt Tax poke his nose in. Are there other nomads in this position, not retired yet, or nomads retired that work as they go.
I've gone back to work after health-induced retirement. Medical science restored some of my health so I decided to put it to good use and retrain myself to go back to work for a couple of years, to top up the diesel fund. I'm now a very busy wide load escort, misleading truck drivers and flashing them all over Oz. Last week I did 4 trips from Pt. Adelaide to Lyndhurst. The next job is to somewhere near Alice Springs, requiring 4WD apparently. There are also online options, and with a little exploration I'm sure you'll find something which suits you. I do online sureys for small reward. The most recent eg was $40 worth of Bunnings gift cards. Good luck.

CG I've done quite a few online surveys. Never got anything out of it. They always advertise "Earn money while doing surveys" I must be doing something wrong.
