some drop-kick tried to get into our car parked at the station this morning - smashed the rear window - it shattered but did not fall in due to the window tinting film holding it together, so access was denied - $300 and will be fixed tomorrow. Then had to spend 3 hrs washing the van that was covered in sawdust from the tree lopping in the park and because it was raining was staining the van red - unfriendly park owner was not happy about us washing the van and would not lend us a ladder - some people should not have a busines that requires people skills

Not a good day for you. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Are you still in the same van park?

Sorry to hear of your hassles, hopefully you will strike somewhere real nice soon, and people will be more helpful. Its very disconcerting when people are not reasonable, and not caring, it would be interesting to know what park it was so we could give it a broadside.

Its time to get moving again! I'm sure everything will improve, most c/p's are managed by nice people. Good luck!

We had just the opposite response from fantastic management at Cowra caravan park after a major dust storm a couple of years ago the manager and staff organised all the gear to clean our vans but also spent a good part of the day helping and his reward was we told our friends about the park and now we have told you. I would also like to no the name of the park where you had your bad experiance.

leaving Kelmscott Sat morning for those interested - will spend a month getting to Lakes Entrance
Tthanks guys for listening to my winge- we did get off lightly with the car - and another caravanner happily offored us his ladder after we showed him the red stains on his van. We have had several other issues with the park owner and this was the last straw. It was his attitude to us wanting to wash the van that really upset us
