Wow...crazy last 10 days. We have just bought some property and then on Saturday I made an honest women of my partner and married her.
We were going to go to the nullarbor and get lost in the bush...but alas, the mrs has rolled her ankle and now must not do any hiking for a week or so. Have decided we'll just go to Wentworth instead.
Have looked up some of the previous posts and seems like a good place to just sit back and enjoy the river.

Congratulations. Way to go, hooray and all that. Enjoy the very quiet sitting still honeymoon. Now remember your honest woman can't do a single thing so you will have to do it all.

Congratulation Gordon, I would go to the Nullarbor and leave the Mrs at home to rest, if she behaves then she can go with you next time

Thank you everyone for the wishes. Well I'm just finishing up the packing. The mrs's ankle is much better so we're going to head out some time this morning. Relatively short trip and then just sit around lazy and watch the river.
